About Us

We are a dynamic and ambitious company, Permacom GmbH Hamburg, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent in the sales and marketing field, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and expectations
  • Source and attract top talent in the sales and marketing field through various channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for client positions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sales
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or sales
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and acquiring top talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software
