GFA Consulting Group is a leading European consulting company working in international development cooperation. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruitment specialist to join our team in Hamburg, Germany.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the entire recruitment process, including search and selection of candidates, applicant management, and conducting interviews in close cooperation with our technical departments.
Your key responsibilities
- Implement the recruitment process for international projects, including search and selection of candidates, applicant management, and conducting interviews.
- Communicate with experts and applicants, and build a network of contacts.
- Expand and maintain our expert database.
Your profile
- Completed university degree in human resources development, development cooperation, social sciences, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a customer-oriented environment, with a proven track record of working independently and with attention to detail.
- Familiar with the use of social media for recruitment, and strong communication and networking skills.
- Very good language skills in spoken and written English and French, with additional knowledge of German or Spanish an asset.
- Confident handling of common MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of international personnel recruitment and acquisition is desirable.
