About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant to join our Support Team at Ingentis Softwareentwicklung.

As an IT Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our clients, ensuring their smooth operation of our software solution, Ingentis org.manager.

You will work closely with our experienced colleagues to ensure a seamless onboarding process, allowing you to take on responsibilities quickly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve client inquiries via our ticket system, email, or phone
  • Configure and set up our software for clients, adapting IT infrastructure as needed
  • Assist clients in using Ingentis org.manager, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Identify and report potential bugs, collaborating with our development team to resolve issues
  • Support our Sales Team during the pre-sales phase, conducting product demos and setting up test environments to win new clients
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer interaction
  • Ability to guide clients in a friendly yet assertive manner
  • Prior experience in customer support, IT consulting, account management, or first-level support, preferably in a B2B and digital context
  • Strong IT affinity and willingness to become proficient in our software solution
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Ability to work independently and set goals
