About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Frankfurt. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for driving revenue and margin through effective demand planning, inventory management, and trend analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance for assigned retail accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer-specific needs, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Regularly generate and analyze business performance reports, identifying critical insights and proactively addressing risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor and coordinate sales performance relative to promotional goals, collaborating with sales analysts to create accurate shipment and inventory forecasts.
  • Work closely with customer demand planning teams, the sales director/account manager, and sales analysts on forecasting, inventory management, order processing, and supply chain coordination.
  • Lead monthly forecasting sessions with customers and internal SharkNinja teams, participating in the annual financial budget planning process.
  • Ensure high levels of forecast accuracy and attainment to fulfill commitments to both the organization and retail partners.
  • Partner with the sales director/account manager and sales analysts to prepare customer presentations, monthly business reviews, budget reviews, and POS reports.

Requirements:

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Ability to analyze retail sales data, anticipate market trends, and make strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to various audiences.
  • Experience in managing projects or initiatives, with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or retail operations within the consumer products industry.
