Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
We are in search of a senior partner capable of collaborating across various functions and business units to support new site launches and other lifecycle phases from a PXT (HR) perspective.

  • Assist in all stages of the site lifecycle, including launches, retrofits, refurbishments, and relocations.
  • Ensure compliance with standards for people-impacting environments throughout all lifecycle phases.
  • Identify and escalate any deviations from established standards for people-impacting spaces.
  • Proactively address and resolve risks affecting personnel during lifecycle stages, influencing mitigation strategies.
  • Identify and resolve critical hiring risks associated with launching, refurbishing, or retrofitting sites, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines.
  • Oversee the timely and precise establishment of people systems (such as Time and Attendance, HRIS tools), processes (including Employee engagement processes), and Day 1 Launch celebrations as necessary.
  • Coordinate and establish PXT capability programs for field PXT teams at managed sites.
  • Develop and implement a communication strategy for all lifecycle stages at managed sites.
  • Lead cross-business and cross-country initiatives aimed at enhancing Associate Experience across all lifecycle phases.
  • Facilitate project communication with stakeholders and lead project status meetings.
  • Foster cross-functional partnerships by collaborating closely with Regional Operations leaders, site leadership teams, and other departments such as Recruiting, WFS, PR, and Legal to achieve objectives related to all lifecycle stages.
  • Establish a People Governance structure for all lifecycle phases at managed sites.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional and international project management, managing complex change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of relevant employment legislation that may impact projects.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English.
  • Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Generalist PXT (HR) experience in a fast-paced operational environment is preferred.
  • Fluency in German is advantageous.
