Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Director to join our team at Razer. As the Associate Director, Marketing (EMEA), you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for Razer across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with Razer's overall business objectives and goals.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketers to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand image and messaging across all marketing channels and campaigns.
- Campaign Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales and revenue objectives, including product launches and events.
- Marketing Budget Management: Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Experience: 10+ years in marketing with a minimum of 3 years at a senior level.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Industry Knowledge: Gaming industry experience required, with a strong understanding of consumer electronics and marketing trends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
