Marketing Director

Razer is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing plans and programs to support sales and revenue objectives, including short-term and long-term strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand image and messaging across all marketing channels, including digital, social media, and retail.
- Campaign Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches, events, and promotions, to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Marketing Budget Management: Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources and maximum return on investment.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, product development, and agency partners, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years at a senior level, managing large teams and complex brand/distribution environments.
- Demonstrated experience in managing brand strategy, media, digital/e-commerce, social media, and creative development.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and synthesize complicated scenarios and output effective strategies.
- Persuasive and collaborative, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and influence drive brand-right implementation.
- Nimble and fast, with the ability to adapt with agility, balance priorities, and move quickly in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines.
- Strategic and creative thinking, with the ability to create innovative marketing plans for Razer's diverse businesses to succeed, including in new white-space areas of growth.
- Gaming industry experience required, with a strong understanding of the gaming community and market trends.
- Consumer electronics industry experience desired.
- Extensive experience managing a marketing budget and a team.
- Background working with brick-and-mortar and/or digital retailers.
- Familiarity collaborating with UK, DE, and France.
- Experience with product launches and events.
