Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Director to join our team at Razer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy across EMEA, driving business growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and programs to support sales and revenue objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of marketers across all marketing functions, driving the vision and overseeing all efforts.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand image and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Campaign Execution: Provide ongoing tracking, measurement, KPI, and ROI analysis for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Work closely with internal and external teams to envision, create, and execute on a comprehensive GTM strategy.
- Market Research and Analysis: Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Team Development: Help empower and grow a high-performing team of marketers, fostering an environment of mutual respect, understanding, and trust.
- Experience: 10+ years in marketing with a minimum of 3 years at a senior level, managing large teams and complex brand/distribution environments.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and synthesize complicated scenarios and output effective strategies.
- Leadership: Persuasive, collaborative, and able to work across multiple stakeholders and influence drive brand-right implementation.
- Industry Knowledge: Gaming industry experience required, with a strong understanding of the market and consumer behavior.
