Data Associate and Campus Coordinator at SAP Labs Munich

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Data Associate and Campus Coordinator to join our team at SAP Labs Munich.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and analytics, as well as experience in coordinating events and programs. They will be responsible for establishing a data strategy for SAP Labs Munich, performing analytics and statistical modeling, and developing a KPI framework for visualization of trends and patterns.

As a Campus Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating a lively and inclusive office culture, supervising the roll-out of strategic learning programs, and embodying our Credo "Creating Impact Together".

The Data Associate and Campus Coordinator will report directly to the Managing Director of SAP Labs Munich and will be part of the global Labs Network organization within SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a data strategy for SAP Labs Munich
  • Perform analytics and statistical modeling
  • Develop a KPI framework for visualization of trends and patterns
  • Cultivate a lively and inclusive office culture
  • Supervise the roll-out of strategic learning programs

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant discipline
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
  • Proven experience in delivering business intelligence insights using analytics and statistical modeling
  • Experience in coordinating events, programs, or community initiatives
