Drive Sales Growth in Pulp & Paper Segment

We are seeking an ambitious Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the pulp and paper segment in Germany North. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry and leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial sales of chemicals to selected pulp and paper mills in Germany with full responsibility for revenue and profitability for your sales area
  • Lead a group of sales staff, working directly with customers in their respective area
  • Maintain and develop existing customers and acquire new applications
  • Evaluate sales potentials technically and commercially
  • Support market observation and maintain CRM system
  • Coordinate projects within an international group of application experts
Requirements:
  • University degree or relevant experience in business, sales, marketing, chemistry, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of successful track record in proactive B2B selling of paper chemicals
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Desire to lead a team in a direct line management relationship and succeed together in an international and cross-functional group
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong collaboration, solution selling, and relationship building capabilities
  • Willingness to travel (up to 60%)
