Job Description

As a Field Sales Manager at Enpal Field & Partner Sales GmbH, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and convincing them of our innovative solutions. You will gather initial technical data from customers to assess the feasibility of our solutions and continuously expand your customer base through your network. You will have a strong interest in convincing customers of your own abilities in sales conversations and generating successful orders from offers. You will have regular feedback conversations with your supervisor to optimize your performance. You will contribute to building the largest energy company of the 21st century with our highly engaged sales team.

Requirements
  • You have several years of experience in sales of complex solutions, preferably in the field.
  • You are a sympathetic, open-minded, and communicative person and a loyal team player.
  • You have a success-oriented and solution-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
  • You value personal development and career opportunities.
  • You have a high level of self-motivation and are enthusiastic about your goals and achievements.
  • You have a valid driver's license (class B).
  • You have verbal and written German language skills at a level that is negotiable.
