About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist Rewards and Reporting to join our team at Hannover Re. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of group-wide rewards and reporting structures
- Design and analyze compensation ranges, structures, and schemes to ensure they are competitive and aligned with market trends
- Develop and maintain reports and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of our compensation and benefits programs
- Participate in international benchmark studies to stay up-to-date on best practices in total rewards
- Support the implementation and communication of guidelines, programs, and processes to foster a culture of total rewards
Requirements
- Completed studies in economics, business administration, social sciences, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in human resources with a similar field of responsibility
- Ability to analyze complex data and prepare recommendations for improvement
- Proficient in Excel and common statistical software, with experience with SuccessFactors a plus
- Business fluent in English and conversational German language skills
- Affinity for numbers and analytical skills with attention to detail
