About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist Rewards and Reporting to join our team at Hannover Re. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's compensation and benefits strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Group-wide rewards and reporting structures
  • Design and analyze data to create competitive compensation ranges and structures
  • Develop and maintain global key figures and their definitions
  • Participate in international benchmark studies on total rewards
  • Support the implementation and administration of guidelines, programs, and processes to foster total rewards
Requirements
  • Completed studies in economics, business administration, social sciences, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in human resources with a similar field of responsibility
  • Ability to analyze and process data independently
  • Confident handling of Excel and common statistical software
  • Business fluent in English and conversational German language skills
