About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist Rewards and Reporting to join our team at Hannover Re. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's compensation and benefits strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement competitive compensation ranges, structures, and schemes in line with market trends.
  • Analyse data to design and improve our total rewards programmes.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on compensation and benefits trends.
  • Collaborate with international teams to benchmark our total rewards programmes.
  • Support the implementation and communication of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Completed studies in economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in human resources, preferably in a similar field of responsibility.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Excel and statistical software, with experience in SuccessFactors an advantage.
  • Fluent business English and conversational German language skills.
