About the Role

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm, recognized for its innovative approach to financial services. As a Senior FX Sales Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals in developing prospects, coaching, and mentoring to achieve outstanding results.
  • Pitch and close deals with prospective clients, leveraging your expertise and market knowledge.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure smooth onboarding and first trades.
  • Provide accurate forecasting of expected sales volume.
  • Implement regional sales programs for sales action and training plans.
  • Ensure adherence to company-wide sales methodology and sales administration processes.
  • Be involved in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Requirements
  • Track record of sales management within FX or cross-border financial services.
  • Financial Services experience, with a network an advantage.
  • First-class communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach, and develop people.
  • Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels within SME customers.
  • Fluent English and German language skills.
