As a recognized leader in the avocado industry, we are seeking an exceptional Sales Administrator to join our team in Munich. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic company that values innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing and sales processes, including purchase orders, order entry, and customer invoicing
  • Support logistics through efficient handling of goods in receipts and goods issued
  • Verify invoices for all goods and logistics
  • Provide support for additional tasks within purchasing and sales
  • Maintain assortment and master data

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a commercial position
  • Experience in the fresh produce industry is advantageous
  • Fluent in English and German (C1/C2)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
