We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at OSB AG as a Sales Coordinator for Spare Parts. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to our operations in the spare parts sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer Creation: Develop and present quotations for spare parts and compile comprehensive spare parts lists for our equipment.
- Order Management: Oversee the processing of spare parts orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Dual-Use Processing: Manage and facilitate Dual-Use processing as required.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with procurement teams and spare parts scheduling to ensure seamless operations.
- Service Interaction: Engage with service and repair departments, verify warranty claims, and create shipping orders using SAP.
- Price Maintenance: Maintain and update spare parts pricing in SAP, ensuring accuracy in all related processes.
- Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with customers in the Aftersales sector, including conducting visits and participating in trade shows.
- Proactive Sales: Actively promote additional Aftersales products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports on spare parts and monitor pricing trends.
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field, or a relevant degree in business.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with a good command of English.
- Strong customer service orientation and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
