Job Description

At Flink, we're seeking a highly skilled User Acquisition Manager to drive user growth and contribute to our team's success. Key areas of focus will include:

Referral Program Management

Design and implement a referral program to incentivize existing users to refer new customers. Develop and oversee the incentive structure, ensuring it is cost-effective and attractive.

  • Develop a referral program to increase user acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance to identify areas for improvement.
User Journey Optimization

Collaborate with product teams to improve the user experience from initial visit to conversion. Identify and address pain points in the user journey to increase conversion rates.

  • Conduct user experience research to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product teams to implement design changes and optimize user flow.
Offline Performance Marketing

Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as hand-to-hand flyering and mailboxing. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of offline campaigns and iterate on creative and targeting approach to minimize efficiently drive new customer growth from these channels.

  • Develop a strategy for offline marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Develop and implement ASO strategies to improve organic search rankings and improve App Store Conversion Rates. Monitor organic search performance and evaluate the potential for growth through organic search.

  • Develop a strategy for ASO and SEO.
  • Monitor and analyze ASO and SEO performance to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in marketing in a fast-moving company or startup.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field from a top-tier university.
  • Strong drive for continuous learning and research on the subject matter for personal development.
  • Data-driven and creative to push the envelope on new user acquisition.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and tools like Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving to come up with solutions.
