Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Talent Marketing Intern/Working Student to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our Employer Branding team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company's global marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Materials Creation: Develop and implement marketing materials such as print, merchandise, website, and social media content to promote our employer brand.
  • Campaign Execution: Support the organization and execution of campaigns aimed at promoting our employer brand, including out-of-home campaigns, Google paid campaigns, and social media campaigns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to develop and execute marketing activities and initiatives targeted at emerging talent and professionals, as well as support diversity & inclusion communication.
  • Interface Management: Collaborate with various interfaces such as Professionals and Emerging Talent Recruiters, Vocational Training, Talent Programs, Diversity & Inclusion, and Branding.
  • Global Exposure: Gain exposure to diverse departments and areas across the organization, expanding your networking opportunities and career development.
Requirements:
  • Education: Currently studying Communication Science, Economics, or similar with a focus on Marketing, Human Resources, or Digital Media.
  • Experience: Practical experience as an intern or working student.
  • Language Skills: Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Personality: Ability to work independently and self-determined, with a proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
