Head of Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leader to join our team at Vision Markets, a leading Recruitment Consulting firm dedicated to the global Machine Vision market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a dynamic sales team, driving global sales activities, and defining and implementing a market-focused sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic business partners and key accounts.
- Attend international trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to expand the business network and win clients.
- Train and develop the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, preferably in the vision, automation, or related industry.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Willingness to travel globally.
