About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to join our team at ocumeda GmbH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our sales and marketing strategies, as well as leading a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure ocumeda remains competitive
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare or medical technology industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through sales and marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
