Lead Software Sales Team at Naimar

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team at Naimar, a German start-up revolutionizing automotive manufacturing with our engineering intelligence platform.

About the Role

As Head of Software Sales, you will be responsible for leading our software sales team, focusing on acquiring new business accounts and growing existing ones. Your primary goal will be to enable and develop your team to actively and independently acquire and identify new opportunities for the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Coach and enable your team to effectively use qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC, Sandler, or SPIN
  • Participate in the hiring process for new account executives and conduct interviews with candidates
  • Become an expert in our software products and promote them in your sales network
  • Be responsible for scaling your sales areas, strategic planning, and implementation, and share your findings in weekly forecast meetings with management and your team
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • 2+ years of experience as a manager and knowledge of different ways to motivate a team
  • Ability to acquire customers and lead them successfully through complex sales processes
  • Experience with complex software or platform solutions and the ability to effectively argue for our SaaS solution in sales talks
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Ideal familiarity with well-known accounts from the automotive, aerospace & defense, heavy equipment, or machinery sectors
