Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Sales Associate - Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and contributing to sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive accurate information and advice on our products.
- Contribute to sales targets by promoting products, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance activities to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
