Aufgabe

Als Head of Digital Sales für Mobility und Logistics tragen Sie maßgeblich dazu bei, die Digitalisierung des genannten Bereichs voranzutreiben und T-Systems als führenden IT-Dienstleister zu positionieren. Weitere Aufgaben sind:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Teams Digital Sales für Mobility und Logistics
  • Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Vertriebsstrategien und Lösungen, die auf die spezifischen Anforderungen und technologischen Fortschritte in der Mobility- und Logistik-Branche eingehen
  • Identifizierung und Ansprache von potenziellen Kunden in den Bereichen Mobility, Transport und Logistik
  • Entwicklung von Angeboten, die auf die spezifischen Anforderungen der Mobility- und Logistik-Branchen zugeschnitten sind, inklusive technischer und kommerzieller Aspekte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktentwicklung, um sicherzustellen, dass die angebotenen Lösungen den spezifischen Bedürfnissen der Mobility- und Logistik-Branchen entsprechen
  • Performance-Analyse und Umsetzung abgeleiteter Maßnahmen
  • Netzwerkpflege und Management-Kontakte im Bereich Verkehrsunternehmen, Flughäfen und Logistik im deutschsprachigen Raum

Profil

  • Über 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung im IT-Bereich mit Schwerpunkt Sales und Partnermanagement
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in vertriebsorientierten Funktionen bei einem IT-Dienstleister im Bereich Digitalisierung
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in mindestens einer Branche von Mobility und Logistik mit belastbarem Netzwerk
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von großen Angeboten (fachlich und kommerziell)
  • Fundierte Kenntnis im Bereich Digitalisierung sowie technologischer Trends und Entwicklungen in den Bereichen Mobility und Logistik
  • Wünschenswert: Erfahrung als Customer Success Manager, IT-Consultant oder Solution Designer
