Job Summary & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly driven and self-sufficient Sales Administrator to support our European team of regional sales managers in the day-to-day business activities. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to regional management, regional sales managers, and customers, ensuring seamless execution of sales processes. This role will play a critical part in maintaining accurate data, creating reports, and organizing logistics for trade shows and conferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate sales metrics reports, including revenue, forecast, sales funnel, and performance vs. targets.
  • Support sales team in all aspects of order processing, including quote creation, data maintenance, and paperwork verification.
  • Organize system shipment logistics with customers' logistics departments and follow-up with customers' accounts payable departments to ensure timely payment of open invoices.
  • Provide administrative support to regional management team with non-sales-related tasks.
  • Assist in logistics, spare parts, and service business processing as needed.

Requirements

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Administration, or similar, or relevant apprenticeship with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a great communicator, and proficient in MS Office, with experience in ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Advantages

Previous experience in the semiconductor industry or with capital equipment sales is highly advantageous. Good language skills in German and/or French are also desirable.
