Sales Manager for Flavors and Ingredients

Fritz&Muller, a leading multinational company in the Flavors and Ingredients sector for the Food industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into new markets and customer segments.
  • Possess deep product knowledge to effectively communicate its features and benefits to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analyses to track results and provide improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales manager and account management in the food and beverage sector, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Experience in technical sales of company products.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in GERMAN and ENGLISH.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office systems.
