Technical Field Applications Engineer for Analog and Power Solutions

Job Title: Technical Field Applications Engineer for Analog and Power Solutions
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Field Applications Engineer to support our customers in North and West Germany, focusing on Analog and Power Products. As a key technical advisor, you will bridge the gap between customers and internal business divisions, providing in-depth design and development support to solve customer challenges.
Your primary goal is to win new business through proactive support, working closely with the Account Manager, Digital FAE, and Connectivity FAE to drive relationship building with customers. You will promote the complete analog and power portfolio, including interfaces, power management, sensors, and timing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and support to develop Renesas revenues with customers in close cooperation with the Sales team and Distribution network.
- Be entrepreneurial and take ownership to drive business opportunities from demand creation to mass production.
- Grow solid technical understanding of our products and relevant solutions.
- Travel within the assigned territory to customers and distributors.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills with a degree in Electrical Engineering and knowledge of Analog and Power Management applications.
- Previous experience with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong problem-solving capability.
- Strategic and commercial thinking to perform and organize efficient design in plan for target customers.
- Ability to work independently with strong analytical skills and self-motivation.
- Very good command of German and English language, and mobility are key elements required for the job.
