Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key member of Cielo's internal Bridge Team, responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and track candidate orders, ensuring timely completion and follow-up with clients and candidates as necessary.
  • Review submittals against job requisitions and candidate applications for compliance, maintaining accurate records and escalating any discrepancies promptly.
  • Objectively review background and drug reports to ensure compliance for partner organizations, utilizing expertise to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Complete welcome calls and emails to all candidates, providing clear information and next steps in the onboarding process.
  • Monitor vendor systems daily to ensure progress and escalate any concerns to management in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional service to candidates, client teams, and/or clients by responding quickly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist vendors with completing required checks when necessary, maintaining a collaborative relationship and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Track candidate onboarding tasks to ensure completion before or by due dates, proactively addressing any obstacles or delays.
  • Support the development of new client audit detail procedures, reviewing candidate orders and ensuring requirements are established in relevant technology tools.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment is necessary, with demonstrated customer service and administrative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing skills of at least 40 WPM.

Estimated Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
