As a Recruitment Lead, you will spend approximately 80% of your time on hands-on recruiting activities, working closely with stakeholders and candidates, and 20% of your time managing and mentoring a small team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment cycle for several leadership, tech, and operations roles, from sourcing to offer.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a partner to hiring managers, delivering a great experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Proactively source, pipeline, attract, interview, and close candidates.
  • Market Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of the talent market, industry trends, technology, product processes, and the competition.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent, adjusting as needed to achieve hiring goals.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
Requirements
  • C1/ Native German
  • Proven experience managing a team and driving recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

We estimate an annual salary of $85,000 - $120,000 based on location and experience.
