About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager Mergers and Acquisitions to join our team at TAKKT AG. As a key member of our Mergers and Acquisitions team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our Mergers and Acquisitions strategy, including identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, and negotiating transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Development of Mergers and Acquisitions Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a comprehensive Mergers and Acquisitions strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Identify and Evaluate Potential Acquisition Targets: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets that align with the company's strategy and objectives.
  • Conduct Due Diligence: Lead and coordinate due diligence activities, including financial, operational, and strategic assessments of potential acquisition targets.
  • Negotiate Transactions: Collaborate with senior management and external advisors to negotiate and structure transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  • Support the Integration of Acquired Businesses: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement integration plans for acquired businesses, including cultural, operational, and financial integration.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field: A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Proven Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, including experience in deal origination, due diligence, and transaction execution.
  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German and English: Fluency in German and English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
