Key Responsibilities

M&A Functions

  • Conduct thorough financial assessments
  • Execute company valuations
  • Perform comprehensive market analysis and research
  • Collaborate with operational teams to formulate business strategies
  • Independently oversee M&A transactions
  • Build and lead a team to fulfill project mandates
  • Manage a dedicated back-office and middle-office team
  • Develop local business initiatives
  • Engage in proactive commercial outreach
  • Identify and secure new client relationships

Market Development

  • Enhance the firm's visibility within the industry
  • Cultivate relationships with key advisors and partners
  • Oversee P&L management
  • Recruit and mentor heads of offices across the region
  • Supervise additional office locations
  • Report directly to the executive group
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in a mergers and acquisitions environment
  • Expertise in financial analysis and corporate finance
  • A comprehensive understanding of the industrial landscape, complemented by a strong professional network
  • A keen interest in marketing and business development, alongside technical proficiency
  • A growth-oriented mindset with exceptional commercial insight
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is advantageous
