Manager Mergers and Acquisitions

Die TAKKT AG sucht einen erfahrenen Senior Manager Mergers and Acquisitions, der die Zukunft der Arbeit mitgestalten möchte.

Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der gesamten Mergers-and-Acquisitions-Strategie der Gruppe, auch im Hinblick auf Risikokapitalinvestitionen
  • Leitung von Buy-Side- und Sell-Side-Mergers-and-Acquisitions-Projekten über alle Geschäftsbereiche hinweg, von der Anbahnung bis zur Durchführung
  • Co-Management der TAKKT-Tochtergesellschaft für Risikokapital
  • Koordinierung und Durchführung von Due-Diligence-Prüfungen und Management unserer externen Berater
  • Unternehmensbewertung und Finanzmodellierung
  • Unterstützung bei der Verhandlung von Transaktionsverträgen
  • Unterstützung wichtiger Entscheidungsträger bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien für Transaktionen von der strategischen Analysephase bis zur Durchführung

Profil:

  • Du verfügst über einen erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis und wendest betriebswirtschaftliche Methoden und Prozesse sicher an
  • Du bist idealerweise ein Certified Financial Analyst oder bist ähnlich zertifiziert
  • Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch klar und verständlich präsentieren
  • Du bist lösungsorientiert, handelst proaktiv und hast eine praktische Herangehensweise
