Key Responsibilities

M&A Functions

  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments
  • Execute detailed company valuations
  • Perform market research and analysis on potential counterparts
  • Collaborate with operational teams to formulate business strategies
  • Independently oversee M&A transactions
  • Build and lead a team to fulfill mandates
  • Manage a dedicated support team
  • Drive local business initiatives
  • Engage in proactive commercial outreach
  • Identify and secure new client relationships

Market Development

  • Enhance the firm's presence within the industry
  • Establish and nurture relationships with advisors and partners
  • Oversee profit and loss responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage office leaders across Germany
  • Supervise additional office locations
  • Report directly to the executive group
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the M&A field
  • Expertise in financial analysis and corporate finance
  • A robust understanding of the industrial landscape with a well-established network
  • A strong interest in marketing and business development alongside technical proficiency
  • A proactive mindset with exceptional commercial insight
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is advantageous
