Senior Learning Experience Designer

Your Profile:

  • Hold a degree in Business Management, Business Psychology, or similar, with at least 5 years of professional experience
  • Have experience in designing and evaluating leadership learning interventions, with facilitation/training experience a plus
  • Be excellent in strategic planning and seamless organization of learning events, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Have a strong problem-solving mindset, a pragmatic can-do attitude, and be a good team collaborator
  • Be excellent in senior stakeholder management and have effective communication skills
  • Enjoy networking with enthusiasm and confidence, engaging with various partners at all levels of the organization
  • Be fluent in both English and German
