Beschreibung des Jobs:

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Logistik-Manager (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Köln. Als Operations Manager sind Sie verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Überwachung aller operativen Prozesse im Lager. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Steuerung und Überwachung aller operativen Prozesse im Lager
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheit, Qualität und Kosten im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Weiterentwicklung des operativen Führungsteams
  • Ergreifen von Maßnahmen bei Zielabweichungen
  • Steuerung des Personaleinsatzes im Lager
  • Unterstützung der Standortleitung
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Logistik-/Lagerbereich oder entsprechende mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Führungs- bzw. Steuerungserfahrung im Bereich Lagerlogistik
  • Lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise (Methodenkompetenz)
  • Gutes Prozessverständnis und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Gutes Systemverständnis (MS-Office)
  • SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • GDP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
