About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Partner to join our SCM team in Hamburg or Bremen. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end SCM customer portfolios, with a focus on transportation management and financial operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including GSC teams, operations, and European customer stakeholders.
  • Streamline financial operations processes, ensuring consistent handling and improved techniques.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer experience, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across regions and functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Good understanding of financial operations and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
