About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our Professional Oral Care team as an Area Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 12 sales professionals to achieve sales targets at dental practices and pharmacies in your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for oral care products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with dentists, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions
- Lead the sales team in the field to achieve sales targets, focusing on motivation and coaching
- Support the team by accompanying them on sales calls and customer visits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
- Completed pharmacy representative training
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical products and services sector
- Experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in the dental sector
- Leadership experience
- Understanding of the oral care sector and the needs of dentists
- Excellent communication skills (effective communication with customers and within the team)
- High travel readiness
