About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Güntner GmbH. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and consolidating a customer network in the region, ensuring a long-term profitable business for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and visit major customers to support and train them
  • Prioritize projects and activities to meet customer needs and follow market trends
  • Negotiate projects and orders with customers
  • Define budgets with Country Managers and communicate results and specific needs on a regular basis
  • Attend staff meetings to coordinate workflow and priorities
  • Assist management in identifying weaknesses and threats in processes and define action plans to address them
  • Identify and coordinate specific customer needs in product lines with Business Development Managers, R&D, and Product Management
  • Visit the headquarters as required for specific activities
Requirements:
  • Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Energy, Air Conditioning, or Electrical Engineering
  • Preferably thermodynamic background
  • Knowledge of GPC-Software selection and experience in Sales
  • Min. 3 years experience in Sales, preferably as External Sales
  • Min. 2 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, heating system, or Heat Exchangers
  • Good knowledge of the (local) refrigeration and AC market
  • Fluent in Polish is mandatory and good English is desirable
