Your tasks:

Coordinate, visit, support and train major customers Prioritise projects and activities Negotiate projects and orders Define budget with Country Manager and Communicate results (e.g. KPIs) and specific needs on a regular basis Attend staff meetings to coordinate workflow and priorities Assist management in identifying weaknesses and threats in these processes and define action plans to address them as soon as possible identify and coordinate specific customer needs in product lines (e.g. new products, accessories) with Business Development Managers, R&D and Product Management Visits to headquarter as required for specific activities

Your skills:

Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering / Refrigeration / Energy / Air Conditioning / Electrical Engineering Preferably thermodynamic background Knowledge of GPC-Software selection, Experience in Sales,  Min. 3 years experience in Sales, preferably as External Sales Min. 2 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, heating system or Heat Exchangers  Good knowledge of the (local) refrigeration and AC market Fluent in Polish and English
