About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Poland. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating with major customers, prioritizing projects, and negotiating orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Prioritize projects and activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Negotiate orders and define budgets with the Country Manager.
  • Communicate results and specific needs on a regular basis.
  • Attend staff meetings to coordinate workflow and priorities.
  • Assist management in identifying weaknesses and threats in processes and define action plans.
  • Identify and coordinate specific customer needs in product lines with Business Development Managers, R&D, and Product Management.
  • Visit the headquarter as required for specific activities.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Energy, Air Conditioning, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Preferably thermodynamic background.
  • Knowledge of GPC-Software selection and experience in Sales.
  • Min. 3 years experience in Sales, preferably as External Sales.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, heating system, or Heat Exchangers.
  • Good knowledge of the (local) refrigeration and AC market.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
