Job Opportunity

We're looking for a Sales and Operations Planning Process Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our planning team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring national strategic and operational special projects within planning systems
  • Coordinating and collaborating with the Ferrero Group to develop local planning processes
  • Conducting data analysis to identify optimization opportunities and evaluating results
  • Analyzing forecast-relevant data to verify and adjust forecasts, including market developments, trends, and seasonality

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Mathematics
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers
  • Strong communication skills in German
  • Experience with SAP (ideally APO module) and MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Self-motivation, initiative, engagement, and resilience
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly
  • Good English skills
