Internal Sales Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative (m/w/d). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and manage order fulfillment
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Prepare and send invoices and other sales-related documents
  • Manage customer communication and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activity
Requirements
  • Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP is an asset
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
