Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for existing clients, providing exceptional support and service
  • Manage pricing proposals and follow-up processes
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to enhance revenue through strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives
  • Maintain and update customer information within the internal CRM platform
  • Address inquiries related to contracts and modifications
  • Facilitate the clarification of invoices
  • Work closely with account managers across various commercial sectors

Your Qualifications:

  • Possess a commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales within B2B environments
  • Demonstrated interest in IT subjects and prior experience in IT sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
