About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at SEEBURGER. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value to customers and prospects
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a focus on results
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, tools, and technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems
