Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for current clients, providing exceptional support and service
- Manage pricing proposals and follow-up procedures
- Work collaboratively with the inside sales team to enhance revenue through cross-selling and upselling initiatives
- Maintain and update information in the internal CRM platform
- Address inquiries related to contracts and modifications
- Facilitate the clarification of invoices
- Engage closely with account managers across various commercial sectors
Your Qualifications:
- Possess a commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales of products or services
- Genuine interest in IT subjects along with prior experience in IT sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
