About the Role

Vossloh-Schwabe is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth and expansion in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the DACH region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including suppliers, distributors, and customers
  • Contribute to the development of our product portfolio and strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the professional lighting industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English and German languages
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
