About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at ICONIC GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts in acquiring new customers and managing existing relationships in the German-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, providing expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their business goals.
  • You will plan and prepare meetings, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and presented in a clear and concise manner.
  • You will work closely with our CRM system to ensure that all customer interactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • You will conduct market research and analyze potential new customers, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • You will create and maintain high-quality sales materials, including presentations and sales collateral.
  • You will collaborate with other teams, including account management, visual branding, and advertising, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • You hold a degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • You are a self-motivated and organized individual, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • You have a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with the ability to tailor your approach to meet their individual requirements.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
