Sales and Account Management Intern

Internship Opportunity at IMAGO

IMAGO, a leading agency for visual content, is seeking a motivated and curious intern to join our International Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will support our business development and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
  • Track customer interactions and communications to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Research existing accounts to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Support Account Managers in proposal preparation and contract management.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to support account-specific initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German and English (professional working proficiency in both languages is a plus).
  • Understanding of basic sales cycle and terminologies.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Background or basic understanding of the image, media, and/or sports industry.
  • Knowledge of different sport leagues, teams, and associations would be an added benefit.
