As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth and development. Our remote-first culture offers flexibility, freedom, and trust, allowing you to seamlessly align your professional responsibilities with your personal life and needs.

Your primary objective is to manage a diverse set of customers, guiding them to optimize their logistic processes through seamless collaboration. Your success will be measured by the successful adoption and productive use of our solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will act as a strategic advisor to our customers, understanding their business objectives to demonstrate early value creation and help them achieve desired impact.
  • You will build and maintain trusting relationships with each new customer, develop project champions, and identify key stakeholders.
  • You will ensure TradeLink is adopted across the organization and enable digital transformation by applying comprehensive change management principles.
  • You will take ownership of your customers' roll-out processes along all steps of our customers' journey, including Partner-activation.
  • You will identify, comprehend, and clearly articulate user requirements to enable customer-focused product development.
  • You will proactively identify opportunities within the customer base for up-selling and cross-selling TradeLink services.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to evaluate and confirm opportunities, contributing to the overall growth of our network.
Requirements:
  • You have 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably Customer Success in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You have already worked in fast-paced environments such as high-growth start-ups or consulting.
  • First experience in the logistics industry is an asset.
  • You like to solve problems in a creative, yet effective way and work in a focused, structured manner.
  • You are a strong team player with a hands-on mentality.
  • You possess distinct analytical skills and are highly self-organized with the ability to prioritize.
  • You are fluent in German and English. Any additional European language is a plus.
