About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in accounting, compliance, and financial controls to oversee key aspects of our financial operations. Your dynamic leadership and expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of financial integrity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and participate in national and international accounting projects
  • Collaborate with Tax and Legal departments on worldwide business partnering
  • Integrate new regions into our existing processes
  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing of financial books
  • Assess and evaluate GAAP to GAAP differences
  • Drive improvements in accounting processes, internal workflows, and best practices
A Day in the Life

As a Finance Manager, Accounting, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from financial reporting to process improvements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and excellence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Strong knowledge of US-GAAP or IFRS and any other local GAAP
  • Several years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in a Big Four firm or multinational organization
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel User
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause, and creating/implementing an escalation plan
  • Knowledge of GAAP research tools and the FASB codification
  • Demonstrated history of solving multiple and complex accounting and/or financial reporting challenges
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, can-do attitude and ability to think outside the box
